Jeanne S. Norton, CTC, CCTE, GLP
Jeanne brings over 30 years of global travel experience to Vita Nova.
She began as a leisure travel agent, arranging domestic tours and escorting international affinity trips. Her next 5 years was spent booking corporate travel.
Shortly after receiving the Certified Travel Consultant designation (CTC) from Wellesley College, Jeanne joined A&M Records/Polygram as their Director of Travel. She developed and implemented a managed corporate travel program to reduce expenses and improve the traveler experience. After six successful years, Jeanne was recruited by American Express to manage their entertainment division located in Los Angeles and Nashville. Over the next 19 years, Jeanne went on to assume greater responsibility and was selected for the American Express Global Rotation Leadership program, with an assignment in the UK. In 2012, Jeanne completed the Global Leadership Professional designation (GLP) from the Wharton School of Business and second designation from the Global Business Travel Association.
In 2015, Jeanne became a Regional Senior Vice President for Corporate Travel Management (CTM) responsible for sales, operations and account management.
With her energy, strong work ethic and positive outlook in an ever-
changing industry, Jeanne is the perfect choice for travel educational seminars, process consultation and memorable leisure experiences.

Q: What is meant by “door to door tour leadership” for mature travelers?
A: For travelers that have memory issues, limited vision or mobility, this service provides additional support. A travel escort or tour manager will be available as required from the time they leave home until they return home. Many mature travelers have the resources to travel but worry about all the details and tasks associated. This service is separate from the expert tour guides that may be a part of your tour, cruise or independently designed leisure trip.
Q: What does multigenerational travel mean?
A: This is travel designed to appeal to many different age groups from small children to the mature traveler or senior. Understanding expectations, interests, and abilities, ensures all parties have a memorable travel experience.
Q: Will I be charged a Vita Nova Travel service fee?
A: Any supplemental service fees for planning your trip will be discussed up-front in the initial complimentary consultation.
